destress business don't sell for premium. Now healthscope if selling their business or particular hospital then the buyer will be buying fixture & furniture, equipment and then getting lease agreement with HCW....!
now apart from you and other two kids on this thread the buyer and probably most in business knows healthscope going through trouble and only be selling their unprofitable or lower margin sites which means buyer will have upper hand negotiations with HCW on what rent they can pay so their margin don't get squeezed like Healthscope...! Obviously hCW has choice to agree on term middle way and continue to have some rent paid or reject the offer which may means buyer can also reject site !!! It's not mom's world out there !!!
obviously buyer will also need to agree with staff their pay and employment conditions ......all this takes a lot of time....and you may finish your year 5 by then
obviously fund with this type of history....will looot of money power to reject anything...but hold on they recently put lot of money in Data centre REIT which is going same direction as HCW
