it seems the REITs with the highest return carry the greatest capital risk while those res with the lowest return carry more certain capital appreciation SCG NSR etc?
I can only assume this has been due to past mismanagement, newer REITs or poor tenants, too much gearing?
faced with returns of 5% or lower unfranked it makes some smaller cap shares appear attractive unless the income is tax free.
you would think the tight is turned but anything is possible. The share market is too unpredictable and best to diversify.
