Sorry I didn't read your previous post properly. St John want to buy the property from HCW not the business from Healthscope.
If HCW can recycle a few properties, getting rid of Healthscope & reinvesting elsewhere that eliminates the problem all together. Australia is always going to need more hospital beds.
