Of course yes if it leads to a more financially secure tenant which is obviously adding to the discount to NTA.
After the funding deal last week, plus the rate cut later this month, next year's DPU looks more secure.
I bought in on the basis that HCW would take a haircut on the Healthscope leases, seems less likely now.
