you are fixed with whatever makes you buy this stock but realities are not as simple as you talk when company goes into administration.
There are steps that need to taken and administrator are not their to make sure rent get paid on time or new patients keep getting admitted because if everything was good then current operator won't be on life support !
there is no guarantee that rent will be paid moving forward once it goes into administrator hand has they have many creditor to manage not just the one you bought the stock ! (LoL)
