The buyer will not just do deals on selling price of the business but they will do on the ongoing operational cost of the business and rent will be the first in line and landlord has no choice but to bend down their knees and accept or keep business out of new owner and not receive rent at a time interest rates are high !!!

many so cheap business with so many investors who might have bought thinking very high dividend yield without realising the dividend will be lowered as the rent receipt by the company goes down !!! CWM surviving by selling assets and reducing dividends..but share price already hit the nail !!
