I am buying... Started first position just above $1 pre dividend ex date. Entered 2nd position today. Quarterly dividends paid, $0.021 so around 9% yield. Good enough for me.
Yes there are risks, but that's why the market has dropped the share price. By the way, company now in black out period, so cannot do buybacks until the release of half year results. Its not a lack of cash flow, its the law, black out period= no buy back. Buy backs will commence once HCW releases its results.
To me this represents a good opportunity to top up, as share price could well be weaker during this period.
And I agree those buy backs are value accreditative at these prices. Look at the NTA vs current share price.
Anyway I am in and adding (2% of the portfolio so far)
