Your statement to say "By the way, company now in black out period, " means you have read company announcement and after reading you made affirmative statement that company is under blackout period so my question was legit and nothing to laugh at but based on your response it looks like you really don't know HCW blackout period.
now, for your education. It is the company trading policy document that defines "blackout" period not google search and next time read the correct document before you say something.
i went through few historical data on HCW and I NOW know when is HCW blackout period not any generic google stuff !!
but for your educational purposes I recommend you go through company announcement and find that as it helps you mature.
