AA is now The Beneficial owner Humm with his 25+ share holding.
Shareholders holding 25% or more of the shares in the company have the power to block some key decisions the company may wish to make, as these decisions require a 75%+ majority (passed by way of a 'special resolution').
Last time the Board decided to consider selling part of Humm to Latitude, AA went into survival mode. This wont be happening again, not with his 25%. But lets be real, we all would have done the same.
The BNPL scam is over. We all got scammed into it. Now we are all looking for a way out without leaving too much cash behind.
As Humm has begun moving away from the loss making BNPL products, we should start to realise real profits again.
When they come out and announce a $70m yearly cash profit and unrestricted cash rises to $170m, then we may see a $1 share price again.
