he did but he’s got to the 25% now, which makes him safe. Nothings happening to Hum unless he agrees with it. He can sit tight at the moment and his % will grow without him spending any money.
I guess he has plenty of options - sell out if the price is high enough, wait for the price to recover, or take it private if it doesn’t.
