two big factors at play to my mind
1. AA has got his 25% or very close to......no more tricky schemes of arrangement garbage possible
2. previous shareholders who were looking to get hum on the cheap and who were also possibly suppressing price both actively on market and indirectly through their accounting methodology are now off the register
