I had a quick look into it at the time and I think they had capacity to buy far more than they were, though I could be wrong and it hardly matters now anyway.

I'd imagine a capital raise any time soon would be improbable but it would not be the first time there have been strange things going on inside companies that some people seem to find out about far before it's announced to anyone else so while it would be pretty disappointing and unlikely I'm not ready to absolutely rule anything much at all out. Learnt about that one the hard way a few times.
