so let me get this straight (I am only a simplistic investor!!!)
Hum spends $10m to buy back 20m shares.
Yeah looks good right!!!
But then when have this doozey at the end:
So HUM has issued 55m of performance rights.
So Net Net total shares on issue still increasing.
Lol this looks like a transfer of wealth to me, from outsiders, to insiders.
So net net, including performance rights, shares outstanding after buy back still increasing!!!!
Lol thanks but no thanks, as a small potential shareholder, I am looking to invest in companies that increase my wealth over time, not dilute it.
No wonder the market is treating HUM with such suspicion.
