You'd have to be mad to believe that performance rights are not a good concept but what I'm seeing with humm at the moment really frustrates me. You've got a company that is in the worst shape it's been in in the last 20 years paying the highest salary it's ever paid and with its biggest rights issue ever at one of its lowest valuations. It's an absolutely rort. I don't understand how such a 'vetran' board would have approved it.
