100% right. And Kin had posed other updates to the ASX who declared the material was marketing in nature and therefore wasn't suitable for an ASX Ann. As @Surandy70 said, they are idiots. They want everything announced, but then block certain announcements. They need to be more understanding of different industries and in gaming I imagine a lot of ann are going to look like marketing. We're not selling iron ore here.
