Without inflation and the bad market conditions i would say a waste of money.
I believe they will only buy until the market gets better.
The idea of this buyback is to not have the SP at 5c which it should not be anyway.
That is why I said they may not buy all of the 135m unless the market stays poor for ICI. They just got hammered with the tech sell off and bad market conditions.
