As an example----- If in the current Buyback, the company has an average purchase price
of 10c. And holds that stock in treasury,, They cannot be publicly traded, Therefore the
number of tradable stock has been reduced,

The treasury stock could be used for a future acquisition----So lets say 6 monthe from now
the share price is 15c. Then the company will have better bang for it;s buck!

By offering those shares with a higher valuation, to acquire a bolt on, Makes very good business sense.
We lower the number of shares on issue, Thus reducing dilution, And at the same time,we have treasury stock.

To my way of thinking........This offers a probable clue as to the future intentions of the company.
