Maybe the SBB needed a bit of a breather
They had gone through about 30 million out of 135 million just in the first month.
If they keep that up, they would have gone through the SBB within 6 months and then been left with nothing.
Incidentally, i's a shame the SP has only go up from 7c to 8c despite the company buying back 30 million shares
