Don't you think I know all that? Didn't I just cover it in my post?.. alas it's all economic theory.....the SP has continued to fall, so under your theory the relationship between earnings and SP has increased for the better, but the SP is not increasing because of the now better yield... Why? because its an economic theory and not the reality of the mkt place. Other factors simply negate what is arguably a positive on paper.
