Yes I agree with you and it makes sense and I might prefer there was only royalty relief in this Annual Budget so he could kick the ball down the road again but if there was enough compensation to payout Zurich then he might have to accept and then float the idea of a Thai IPO to protect us from anything untoward happening at a future date. And we don't know how much, if any real power Zurich have over this matter - we don't need them lodging a Supreme Court action against us if this action of kicking the ball down the road doesn't suit them. And will the International Court in Singapore where the arbitral case was heard continue to allow their decision to be kicked down the road or will they rule that a final decision by the parties needs to be made - either it is 'read' and acted upon or it expires.
