Why do I even bother. We wont call for the award because it will not be enforced. Thais have called our bluff. It does not matter how much we have lost or what we are awarded. They would not pay. This case has not hurt Thailand at all. Without knowing it you stated as much with your trade figures. If you think the Thais are going right their wrongs including everything we lost including 9 years of lost profits, costs to restart and ramp up you are kidding yourself. Look what they have given us so far.... basically a tax free holiday, duty concessions and some leases that we pay to develop all offset by the worlds highest royalty rate.
