I think you and Fitzroy5 are the ones that don't understand. There is no windfall benefit coming from TAFTA. Accept it. Fitzroy5 referred to trade inflows to support his claim that the Thais are concerned about TAFTA. Very little by way of concessions to KCN or Thailand trade flows would indicate this. In fact the company by not calling for the tafta decision knows this as well. Thais wont pay.
If the Thais wont pay on a legally enforcable decision, why do you think they would just volunteer a fair settlement.
