Trying to understand why the buyback hasn't been in operation for the last six trading days, is it because-
1) They believe demand for the stock is strong enough to maintain momentum, or
2) There's an announcement imminent on TAFTA settlement and they don't want to be seen to be buying with inside knowledge, or
3) Cashflow has been more affected by the 'ramp slip' than I previously thought was going to be the case and so they're back to conserving cash.
I'm thinking(or hoping) 2) is most likely. The maximum price they can pay today under rule 7.33 is $2.1801 by my calculation
