I disagree, the company is doing much better than it was, with many more income streams and a 13.8% increase in gross profit with less sales made,.
Kogan First membership increased cost now and the advertising platform generated 800k revenue for the quarter, still increasing fast and is a much more stable income stream.
I see Ruslans explanation for the "OTC" was to minimise the share dilution, I think that's a good outcome, but should have been approved by the holders. I'm not complaining, got some short term cheap shares because of the sentiment change.
No doubt the buyback will kick back in between here and the 6 to 7 dollar range.
