Like @coto said, there is still a month for people to sell down for tax purposes. Some of them selling down might buy back later at lower SP (if SP drops to 0.008) or higher if the SP doesn't drop and they still want to get in before the results.
Hopefully there will be few more news articles, announcements and/or interviews before the results from the 10,000 m drills start pouring in.
