Not sure after holding it for so long, how many SHs are willing to sell at 0.009, specially, in the middle of a buy back. I am even surprised who dumped those many yesterday. Seems like a manipulation to push the price down and trigger a sell side dump.

Nevertheless, some might still opt to sell, seeking profit elsewhere or acknowledging limited prospects here in the near future.

While the buyback will establish a minimum price, its effectiveness in tightening the share registry remains uncertain.

Given we don't know how many shares the mgmt is planning to buy. Yesterday's buyback amounted to approximately $37,000. If management intends to repurchase all 155 million proposed shares at 0.009, then we can presume they're at least willing to spend up to $1.3 million for the buyback.



If management fails to secure enough shares at 0.009 within the next month, they may consider purchasing some at 0.010 or higher, provided they have set aside funds to go towards the buy back. Because it is quite possible that they may decide to only buy what they can at or below a certain threshold and won't go over the threshold SP.

Ideally, if the mgmt acquire as little shares as possible at 0.009, then there is a chance they might spend the money they have set aside to buy at a higher price. This might be a better outcome for the shareholders. At least it will move the SP a couple of pips at the very least.
