No the math does not make sense.
But when you are given performance shares technically they cost you nothing.
Who else wants to sell at .9c when a month or 2 ago they could have got 1.2c
I just cannot see investors selling into a buy back at this low price.
So sell in the hope that you raise the share price then receive all your shares back in performance bonus again but now share price is 3c.
Does that sound like a conspiracy theory.
Does a bit to me.
I just cannot see who else would be selling 10's of millions of shares
