Ann: Update - Notification of buy-back - KRR, page-41

Imagine if they were not doing the buyback, would hate to see what the share price would be right now! Much lower! I feel like management know exactly what they are doing here, the ground is dry, we know this from other companies drilling in the TC region now. Management have likely delayed the drilling 2/3 weeks to piss off more retail during tax sell time and buy back their shares on market as cheap as possible. Basically, they are getting rid of the weak hands as all these delays get out of hand. I do not think they care at all about retail, their main prize is their performance rights and bonuses to 3 and 5c. With the buyback obviously comes less resistance in the future. They are pretty much guaranteeing themselves the bonuses by it all playing out like this. Not that I am complaining, because if it hits those levels on the back of a good constant newsflow from TC and potentially even a discovery, we will all be well in profit territory. The way they are doing it is questionable though, and I think those selling now who watch the inevitable share price rise in the next 3-6 months will not be happy with how it all played out.
