I do not think they care at all about retail, their main prize is their performance rights and bonuses to 3 and 5c. With the buyback obviously comes less resistance in the future. They are pretty much guaranteeing themselves the bonuses by it all playing out like this. Not that I am complaining, because if it hits those levels on the back of a good constant newsflow from TC and potentially even a discovery, we will all be well in profit territory. The way they are doing it is questionable though, and I think those selling now who watch the inevitable share price rise in the next 3-6 months will not be happy with how it all played out.

I doubt we would have been worse off without the buyback. The price has started going down after the buyback. Prior to the buyback it was holding at 1c.
