Yeah, KRR has become a value buy considering:
1. TVN Market Cap of $116.8m as of yesterday's close at 6.9% (it is another 10% higher atm) = $8.0592m worth (come Feb 2025 this should be $10m, if not TVN will have to top us up)
2. $5m to come from TVN
3. We have $4m in the bank as of March 2024 (maybe less now)
Total =$17m
KRR's Market Cap as of yesterday's close = $12.42m.
That's about $4.58m of value there without taking any of the tenements into considerations.
