Ann: Update - Notification of buy-back - KYP, page-3

Its been months since the last notice, I guess they're keeping a prudent eye on cashflow but I'm pleased to see they're sticking with the buy back as it seems mispriced to me (under valued). In the intervening period since the last notice its held up fairly well in the face of some selling during the holiday break and quite a bit of stock coming out of escrow. With acquisition repositioning well in the past, I'm looking forward to some management reminders as to the business' resilience and their next strategic moves...giddy up!
