The maximum # of securities proposed to be bought back is 18,020,441 ....or 10% of the stock @225 days which I get also is around 2.34M...fingers crossed that happens early on and not over that whole time period
the Main thing its good news hopefully and we see a kick along, although interestingly it dropped down today for some odd reason on very very small turnover of 92k shares.
