They've been actively buying back for 2 months now and haven't bought back 1 million shares yet. At this rate once the bay back period ends in March 2023 they would have bought back less than half of their buyback limit.
Why announce a buyback and NOT take full advantage of the price to NTA discrepancy when its at its largest discount?
