The buyback notice says the highest price that could have been paid was 0.4578, which means a NAV value calculation of 0.5084 if it is at a 10% discount.
The weekly NTA was declared as 0.67 in the previous announcement.
What is the explanation for the difference, ignoring market moves between the two calculations which would be real but insignificant?
Note 2 in the weekly NTA refers to contingent consideration but I can't imagine it is that much... Is my understanding of the maximum price to be paid (10% discount to NAV) incorrect?
