CEO Peter Kerr (previously CFO) and a CPA has the expertise to stay clear of poor investments.
There are a lot of struggling companies with shareholders in desperation wishing for a bail out from an entity such as MGX with it's huge cash reserve.
Only those projects that can pass rigorous critical examination by Peter and the BoD of MGX are being considered.
