Different CEO's have different styles in running a company.
Jim had quite a few ideas that have since gone silent. Jim was alreading mining Acacia satellite and selling it by the ship load unblended. Jim also was looking into what he called "mini underground" both for main pit and Acacia. And as we saw with Jim's bold statement to the ABC, he did not hold back promoting the company.
Prior to becoming CEO in 2018, Peter was the CFO. His accountancy background is reflective in his style and is quite reserved and measured in his statements.
Then you have John Welborn in FEX to which we are a major shareholder. John's style is refective of when he was football captain of Australia. John is always mustering teamwork and setting goals. John is super growth orientated (some on the FEX forum say overly growth orientated) , Peter's reserved and measured approach to the future of MGX is reflective of Peter's confidence. He is not panicking to make an acquisition asap, but rather Peter knows the numbers and will make such an investment when it is most opportunistic.
