"misleading at least"

Thank you for your perspective. I have been thinking the same thing.
To date I have not used the word "misleading" . . but you may well be correct in that Peter Kerr has purposefully mislead investors.
Peter Kerr said that the BoD considered a dividend (unfranked) but decided to reward shareholders with a buyback.
So far all we have seen is a Clayton's buy back that if they continue at the rate of the past 28 weeks have zero chance of getting anywhere near 10%.
