Disappointing for the day yes, however only about 600k total volume for the day. Also about 3.5 million shares bought back for the week.. which is well over the 2.2 million and 2.7 million bought back over the previous two weeks (as reported by wgly in a different thread on Monday).
Wgly advised that 769,064 shares were required to be bought each day to meet the 10% buyback within the timeframe. Therefore, falling about 350k shares short for the week. Based on this, I see it differently that there is zero intent to meet the 10% buyback.
