Had BOD maintained only 5% share buyback would have definitely for filled by September.
We just need this announcement supposedly the IRON is HOT as PK noted and the stock price will shoot.
Any technical analyst will say trading sideways for a period of time not only there is accumulation process taking place but any positive announcement will have a positive affect on the stock price especially when we are heading towards these interest rate reductions.
