WB once this Buyback done I reckon a Dividend should be seriously looked at. For example if you hold 100k of shares, the money used for the buyback would get you a unfranked divi of ~$3,500. Then you compare that to a 3c jump in the share price, 4 cents+ BB is better and so forth.
Just don't know if div's can be paid while they have tax losses? Its so rare so excuse my ignorance.
