It will be managed by a broker and likely just broker putting bids below where current market sits so any selling would sell into that bid. Overall agree - Broker would have instructions from mgmt at a high level and broker to execute as efficiently as possible.
i.e. buy under 40c - Broker will then manage buying to not overwhelm volume and get best value (lowest price) over the period of the buy back
