But the max price for the buyback is 40c. If the market stays above 40c, who knows when they raise the max price? I would prefer it drop back below 40c and the company keeps buying back.
Much better than them sitting on the cash, as a dividend is not forthcoming for some time. So it's buyback or nothing.
What I'm saying is I'd prefer 39c over 41c for as long as the company has the cash and will to buyback.
