Since they have outsourced the buy-back to an external party within certain preset bounderies, and have no influence on it, shouldn't they be unaffected by a blackout period? Since inside information cannot affect the buy back? Not sure what the aussie rules on this are (but typically AU reg. governance is much weaker than anything), but typically that is the very reason of structuring it that way?
