Too early to tell and Its not quite that simple to draw that conclusion on a stock as illiquid as MSV.
There are many prevailing conditions to buy backs that can make them a tricky to conduct. For example the 5% VWAP buy price window is difficult to work with when there was a 3 cent difference between bid-ask most of the week.
Ideally we want the buy back to mop up the dips rather than boost up the share price as more shares get cancelled out that way.
We'll see next week
