This buy back is going so slowly. There is a significant lack of liquidity for the listed shares...
If they are going to hit anywhere near the Financial outlook they have forecasted then they should accelerate the buyback and support the share price in order to reduce the eventual dividend outlay and drive up EPS.
Drillers around the world keep calling out significant pipeline but their stock prices have more gloom and doom built in.
