Mayne bought established products in the TxMD portfolio and is attempting to use the expensive S+M team who has only had Nextstellis in their portfolio to sell. And then achieved (below) which by any stretch wasn't flash and only added to Investors concern of MYX's ability to S+M their portfolio.
And before SH33 jumps in and says - awesome free money (as in other posts) - this has cost us $140m usd and will continue to cost us significant commissions for the life of the products.
We sold the only shining light for eq $au $722m, paid back the debt facility of $342m au and had $92.6m au remaining at 1/2 year. Yup, we've paid some $ back and bought the licence for some products, but it is vital they turn EBITDA + a.s.a.p. otherwise without a debt facility there would be material uncertainty in the future of the company. We'd need to test the validity of that Goodwill.
