"So you are moving all of the Op Ex from selling Nextstellis to the TxMD portfolio and then saying MYX are spending $0 on selling expenses for Nextstellis. Essentially you are now saying that Nextstellis is a +ive contributor when in reality it cost $25m in the last 6 months.
Yes! MYX have been smart by adding additional products - but the only other choice was to reduce numbers in the S+M team ass the company was going broke! (actually *is* going broke - again refer to my email highlighting the cash sales to the current cash balance)
As Nexstellis sales revenue was flat (and I can't be bothered looking up the actual numbers) - we can see that TxMD positively contributes to the division in the 2nd half. If that's what your looking for; there you go. It doesn't change the mix - no matter how you spin the numbers. TxMD sales were down over the 6 months of ownership (Jan 5 was the completion) and Nexstellis revenue was flat (despite cycles being up).
Not really sure of the point off your 458 messages all designed to suggest the market is wrong and you are right. The market has been burnt and despite a lot of positive spin, the numbers don't support the dramatic turnaround expected in the 2H23. They are behind in their turnaround and this has burnt significantly more $cash than expected.
It is true that if MYX can achieve additional revenue in derm, BPD (Nextstellis and TxMD), then we should be close to being EBITDA + in 1H24 (and without debt to service that should be cashflow +ve as well), but the market wants to see it.
Think mine or P31 or other's analysis is wrong, check this out - it isn't rocket science that 450+ posts (most of which are nonsensical) from an anonymous poster is going to change.
