the problem, and one dissenting view and an extremely high risk factor is, that you need to hear (seeing that you are asking for them) is it would probably only take "one or so" bad serious side effect experienced and reported and litigation by a consumer on a product for the whole house of cards for that product, and possibly MYX itself, with the resulting bad press, to potentially come tumbling all the way down again.
