JM12 , I reckon NEU is just about at a milestone point where so many of their indications will have reached the next step in development.
That line in the sand enables an aquirer to pick up a range/multiples of successful pre-clinical, phase 1, phase 2 and phase 3 in many indications and 15-20% of Daybue globally.
Neu can of course continue development further. But that line in the sand soon creates a great selling moment.
If the price is acceptable.
There will be suitors with eyes on a pipeline of a proven safe and clinically beneficial compound for many many indications. With very lucrative orphan status.
If you break down all the possible indications, there are valuations based on years of data for each milestone of drug development, that have been takenover.
If someone buys NEU for A$75 a share they have got a bargain. I think to sell in the firat half of next year will go for A$110-A$150 per share. After that the price increases with each advancement.
Based on data, on biotech buy outs, I have come across.
If Neu sells for A$35 I will wonder what have we all been invested for, for so many years of our lives.
