It is from info of many bio takeovers and amounts paid at the phase of development when purchased.
I am not ramping.
I do not get to decide at what price a takeover may be accepted.
But I do want to know what a company is worth so I can make my investment decision's. Thus I remain fully invested.
Those numbers are what NEU is worth, if to be taken over next year when development points are reached.
